~ ハツヨシさんと銀水 ~
1994年 当時、100年を超える歴史をもつ「銀水」をひとりで切り盛りしていたのが、中村ハツヨシさん（87）だった。
ハツヨシさんは、祖母のギンさんから、「寒ざらし」の作り方を学び、銀水の二代目店主となった。
その後、平成9年頃に店を閉めるまで、多くの人が銀水を訪れ、全国の人々が心の母と慕った。

She learned how to make "Kanzarashi" from her grandmother "Gin" and she became the second shop owner.
Many people visited "Ginsui" until the store closed in 1997.
